Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $60 to the continental USA. International shipping is not available.

We process all orders the same day as purchase and your product should arrive within 3-9 business days. We do our best to get it to you as early as possible.

 

Return Shipping Policy

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and fulfillment.

Please submit all return request to returns.

All items will need to be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, with labels, and tags still attached to be accepted as a return, unless permitted by our customer support.

 

Refund(s) / Exchange(s) given only as store credit upon receipt of your approved return. If above requirements are met, credit(s) will be made to your account within 3 days of receiving your return. Your return credit will be processed only as store credit or, of an exchange of item(s) of same or equal value.

Brand Minimum Purchase Requirements

​​

Some of our products require a brand minimum purchase. These products will often be noted with a tag at the top of the product image, and there will also be details indicating the minimum required within the product's information sections. The tag, and information sections state the brand name and the purchase amount the brand requires.

 

You must have a minimum subtotal including sales tax that matches the brand minimum and have all products be from that brand. Example: Jostar brand ($100 Brand Minimum)  $91.50 of Jostar clothing + $8.50 tax = $100

We will refund your card purchase if your order does not meet the above criteria. We will notify you prior to refund to see if you would like to add to your order.

If your purchase includes other brand's products that do not have restrictions we will ask if you would like to proceed with the purchase of these items.
